Formal Attire.
Lads - that means jacket and tie. Ladies - you know what to do!
Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors. Post-ceremony cocktail hour drinks and grazing will be served in The Lodge with an indoor-outdoor feel. Waiheke Island will be cool in May, so dress accordingly. Our evening reception will be indoors inside the Mudbrick Restaurant with plenty of heating (and vino!).
Don't be silly, it's a destination wedding so you being there is more than enough!
Little ones are welcome at the ceremony but given it's a vineyard reception (see: seated three course meal and lots of wine!) we'd recommend making use of Waiheke Nannies so you can take full advantage of the festivities. They offer a range of flexible childcare options on the Island including nannies and one-time evening babysitters so you can let your hair down. If you need to hire any baby equipment (car seat, pram, cot) The Island Collection has got you covered.
We can also make The Lodge available during the reception for your nannying / child care arrangements if you prefer your little ones nice and close (Note: we are catering to a few youngsters involved in the wedding at the reception, so if you're not comfortable with a nanny service please reach out and we'll work it out!).
